Based in Hong Kong for a decade and now residing in Singapore, Tom co-heads IMG Media across Asia-Pacific, with specific responsibility for Greater China, India, Japan and Korea. He has overseen the development of relationships including FIFA, WWE and MLB in the region, and helped IMG develop multi-faceted, long-term relationships with World Table Tennis and Rugby League Commercial.

Mark has held commercial and leadership roles at a global sports agency, broadcast media and government positions. While his business acumen put him on the road to success, his fervent support for Liverpool FC and the the Singapore national football team ensured his found joy in his various roles.
At MP & Silva, Mark as Head of Media Sales (APAC) was involved in distributing major international sports content and leading key projects such as the broadcast of the Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore, DBS Regatta, and launching StarHub’s live sports news show SuperSports 360. He also led MP & Silva’s partnerships with the Football Association of Singapore and Badminton Asia Confederation, and was a key member of the team which launched the beIN SPORTS channels in Indonesia.
Mark also held the position of Senior Manager in Sport Singapore’s Sports Broadcast Development Division and was Head of Broadcast for the 1st Asian Youth Games Singapore 2009.
At StarHub, Mark covered a variety of cross-functional roles such as sports content programming, scheduling, content acquisition, marketing, promotion and production. He led the Euro 2008 Pay-Per-View campaign and launched the Football Channel on StarHub’s Sports Pack with the key acquisition of the English Premier League.

François is the head of APAC operations for Origins Digital. With a decade of experience in the industry, he has played a key role in the company's expansion into key markets and territories. François has established long-term partnerships with some of the most well-known organizations in the APAC region, and has worked with broadcasters, sports federations, venues, and global events on a variety of digital projects, including mobile apps, websites, and OTT projects. Through these experiences, he has gained a deep understanding of sports fans' expectations and behaviors across digital platforms.

Sutanto Hartono currently serves as the Managing Director of PT. Elang Mahkota Teknologi (Emtek), Tbk., the CEO of Surya Citra Media (SCM), Tbk., the CEO of Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV), and the CEO of Vidio.com. He is leading the effort to establish SCM leadership in the broadcast industry and aligning strategy to transform the Emtek group to be the dominant player in the content production and digital platform.
He joined Microsoft from another Indonesia’s television broadcasting network - Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI) - where he served as the CEO.
Prior to RCTI, Sutanto established Sony Music Entertainment in Indonesia, then becoming the Senior Vice President for South East Asia. He was also a Senior Associate at Booz Allen & Hamilton, South East Asia. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Indiana with a Bachelor of Science, Chemical Engineering, and from the University of California, Berkeley, with an MBA in Marketing and Finance.

In 2011 Fintan joined Ideal Systems Group and establish their South East Asia (SEA) business which now has offices in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Jakarta. Subsequently Ideal SEA built studios, facilities and systems for RTM, SingTel, MediaCorp, Sony Pictures, Fox Sports, Astro, Globecast, Encompass Digital Media, CNN, Metro TV, CNBC, SUKE.TV, iFAST.TV, Football Association of Malaysia and Football Association of Singapore and many more. Fintan is a member of the ABU’s Engineering Excellence Awards panel of judges. Prior to joining Ideal, Fintan established OmniBus Systems in APAC (Now Grass Valley) and has over 20 years in broadcast technology roles in Asia, US and Europe.

Peer Naubert is Chief Marketing Officer for Bundesliga International, responsible for connecting and inspiring football fans around the globe.
In his capacity, Peer leads the development and execution of the DFL’s international marketing strategy in selected target markets, with the goal to drive reach and engagement for Germany's top two professional football leagues, and deliver unique fan experience abroad through localised marketing, digital and communication activities.
Prior to his current role, Peer was Senior Vice President Market Development at global sports marketing agency Lagardère Sports (now SPORTFIVE), responsible for the development and implementation of internationalisation and growth strategies for rights holders in new markets. In this role, Peer gained vast experience in developing business for major rights holders, such as the National Football League (NFL) and multiple European football clubs, in Europe, China, South-East Asia and the Americas.
Peer earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Münster. He later had the opportunity to attend the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, where he received his Diploma in Entrepreneurship.

As the streaming market development director for the APAC and EMEA regions at Harmonic, Alexandre Paugam leads a cross-regional business development team to promote the company’s SaaS offering and to accelerate the transition to SaaS business models.
Alexandre has over 10 years of experience working in the video industry. Previously, he held positions in systems engineering, program management, customer success and business development at Harmonic and Thomson Video Networks. Guy has over 20 years experience working across technology, data and consultancy roles within the global sports business industry. Currently managing WSC Sports business across Asia Pacific, he has overseen the growth of WSC’s AI powered video highlights automation technology to partner with major sporting properties and media companies across the region.
Prior to joining WSC, Guy was a foundation member of sports research and intelligence agency Repucom, growing to over 20 international markets and later acquired by the Nielsen Company in 2016. Guy worked as Managing Director for multiple Repucom global markets including Australia, North America and Asia Pacific. During this time, he was an advisor and consultant to the leading sport (leagues and teams), brands and sport tourism entities.
Andrew Rogers has been Commercial Director at the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) since 2019 and has over 20 years’ experience in the global sports industry, following stints with a range of organisations - from global federations (FIFA) to national governing bodies (NZ Cricket), international agencies (ISL, TEAM Marketing & AMS), and Local Organising Committees (FIFA U-20 World Cup 2015).
