Cipto Adiguno is a true gaming visionary whose boundless passion and imagination have propelled him to great heights in the gaming industry. Despite being non-technical, he fearlessly founded his own game company in 2014 and became a jack of all trades, handling all aspects of game development from writing and design to finance and production. His exceptional writing skills have earned him recognition as one of the leading writers in the local game industry. In 2018, he was recruited by Agate as Vice President of Consumer Games, where he brought his innovative ideas and skillset to help build the company's flagship products for PC and console. His invaluable contribution to Agate's biggest console game, Valthirian Arc: Hero School Stories (VA: HSS), has led to the highly anticipated sequel, VA: HSS 2. Cipto continues to inspire and lead as Chief Business Officer and Interim CEO of Agate, where he spearheads business line of services including full game development, art services, publishing, and porting.
Started my career working as a summer intern at IMG Media in their McCormack office in London during the Olympics in 2012, helping the head of tennis selling their tennis properties. Moved back to Barcelona, where I was working as an account executive for some properties as well as heading all the fan zone for the ATP 500 in Barcelona.
After three years in the Spanish office, I moved back to London where I worked in the football team mainly in American competitions, such as Copa America and the last project I was involved in was the JV with Perform, where we acquired the commercial rights for the CONMEBOL club competitions.
After 5 years in IMG, I went working for Dorna where I have been for the last 5 and a half years, travelling all over the world, in the Media team selling the media rights for MotoGP and WorldSBK.
Tom has been at IMG for 20 years, advising rightsholders like Wimbledon, IOC, The R&A and World Rugby on commercial strategy.
Based in Hong Kong for a decade and now residing in Singapore, Tom co-heads IMG Media across Asia-Pacific, with specific responsibility for Greater China, India, Japan and Korea. He has overseen the development of relationships including FIFA, WWE and MLB in the region, and helped IMG develop multi-faceted, long-term relationships with World Table Tennis and Rugby League Commercial.
A veteran of 6 Men’s and 5 Women’s FIFA World Cups in a variety of commercial roles, Paul Calder left Australia for Switzerland in 2001 after a spell with the Organizing Committee of the Sydney Olympics, joining ISL just months before its insolvency, then moving to FIFA in the same year. He has been working on sales of FIFA’s media rights since 2006, while also involved in various FIFA World Cup production and media rights projects such as (pre-smartphone) mobile rights, 3D, cinema, and 8K.

Mark has held commercial and leadership roles at a global sports agency, broadcast media and government positions. While his business acumen put him on the road to success, his fervent support for Liverpool FC and the the Singapore national football team ensured his found joy in his various roles.
At MP & Silva, Mark as Head of Media Sales (APAC) was involved in distributing major international sports content and leading key projects such as the broadcast of the Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore, DBS Regatta, and launching StarHub’s live sports news show SuperSports 360. He also led MP & Silva’s partnerships with the Football Association of Singapore and Badminton Asia Confederation, and was a key member of the team which launched the beIN SPORTS channels in Indonesia.
Mark also held the position of Senior Manager in Sport Singapore’s Sports Broadcast Development Division and was Head of Broadcast for the 1st Asian Youth Games Singapore 2009.
At StarHub, Mark covered a variety of cross-functional roles such as sports content programming, scheduling, content acquisition, marketing, promotion and production. He led the Euro 2008 Pay-Per-View campaign and launched the Football Channel on StarHub’s Sports Pack with the key acquisition of the English Premier League.

He headed up MP & Silva’s events management team as Associate Director, Project Management and was a key member of the regional media sales team looking into rights sales and distribution.
At StarHub’s Content Services, Home Solutions and Content team, Ren Kai managed its sports channels and content acquisitions including the launch of the popular local sports channel SuperSports Arena.
As part of the 2010 Singapore Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee, Renkai focused on athlete life development as part of the Culture and Education Programme team.
He was also part of the national water-polo team that won three SEA Games gold medals in 2005, 2007 and 2009, serving as vice-captain with distinction. He went on to become the SNOC Athletes’ Commission chairperson and is an active member on the National Youth Council.
